Are there a Minimum order requirements?

No, while Decor Shop Direct is a Wholesale based store which is open to the public, we don’t have a minimum order required however shipping rates do apply for smaller quantity orders.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and dependant on your location. We do offer free shipping is provided on orders totalling $150 and above.

How long will delivery take?

Your items will be sent by worldwide courier services. Delivery typically take approx. 14 working days

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with tracking details.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Yes, as soon as you place your order, we will send an invoice directly to your email inbox.
